The 6 Pillars of Happy Hormones
Each month inside the Collective there will be a LIVE workshop dedicated to one of these 6 pillars.
-
Believe it or not, your mindset can actually impact your hormones. I know, wild, right? The truth is, we have thousands of thoughts running through our minds every single day and how we think matters. Negative thought patterns, stress, and self-criticism can throw our hormones out of balance, while a positive, growth-oriented mindset can help regulate them. Shifting your mindset is powerful medicine.
-
Sleep isn’t just rest, it’s restoration. Your body does major hormone repair and detox while you sleep, so if you’re skipping out on quality sleep, your hormones can take a hit. Prioritizing consistent, nourishing sleep is one of the most underrated (and powerful) ways to support your health and we’ll go over all the ways you can do this.
-
Chronic stress is like a wrecking ball to your hormones. It throws everything off, especially your energy, mood, and cycle. Learning to regulate your nervous system through breathwork, rest, mindfulness, and other calming practices helps your body feel safe… and when your body feels safe, your hormones can thrive.
-
We’re surrounded by chemicals, from skincare to cleaning products to plastics, which can disrupt our delicate hormonal balance. Reducing your toxic load doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Small, intentional swaps can make a huge difference in helping your body avoid these toxins and function at its best.
-
Food is fuel, but it’s also information for your hormones. What you eat (and when) can either support hormone health or work against it. The goal isn’t restriction, it’s nourishment. Eating in a way that stabilizes your blood sugar, supports your cycle, and fuels your energy is key to happy hormones.
-
Exercise isn’t punishment, it’s a celebration of what your body can do. But not all movement supports your hormones equally. Learning to move in ways that feel good and align with your body’s natural rhythms can boost energy, reduce stress, and support your hormones without burnout.

Past workshops
(replays available inside the Collective)
-
In this workshop, we'll take a look at how to truly nourish our hormones through the lens of insulin and blood sugar regulation. We'll go over some easy and helpful ways that you can keep your blood sugar in check, and with just a few simple shifts, you might begin to notice better moods, fewer cravings, and more focus and energy.
-
Struggling with mood swings, PMS, or stubborn weight? Your stress hormone cortisol might be running the show and when it’s out of sync, it can throw all your other hormones off balance. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple, proven ways to calm cortisol so you can feel like yourself again, with steady energy, deeper sleep, balanced moods, clearer focus, reduced cravings, and smoother, more predictable cycles.
-
-
As the leaves turn and the air shifts, your body also enters its own inner autumn — the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle, which typically occurs in the two weeks before your bleed.
Your Inner Autumn is actually a powerful season of discernment, truth-telling, and completion. Join us for this seasonal workshop where you’ll learn how to honor your needs and uncover the wisdom of your luteal phase.
Together, we’ll explore:
✓ The science of what’s happening hormonally, why your mood, sleep, and energy may change, and how to support your brain and body during this time.
✓ The energetics, gifts, and shadows of this phase — and how to channel them as guides.
✓ The real self-care practices that will help you feel more grounded and nourished (nutrients to prioritize, movement, journaling, and more).
-
Here are some questions that have been answered in past sessions:
Q1: How can I stabilize my mood and get more energy?
Q2: I sleep great during my bleed but not outside of it — why?
Q3: Can I still experience PMS after a hysterectomy if I still have my ovaries?
Q4: Are peanuts inflammatory for women?
Q5: How do I combine plant foods for better nutrient absorption? What are some examples of plant-based sources of complete proteins?
(I‘ll put the PDF of examples in the Nutrition section in the Happy Hormone Pillars section)
Q6: What are the benefits of Maca powder & nutritional yeast?
Q7: How to nurture feeling of wanting to be held not necessarily romantic way before bleed?
Q8: I can see my mood change with the sun setting much earlier, especially on rainy days. Are those lights that mimic natural light just a gimmick?
Q9: I always get awful lower back pain before my period. Is that common? Anything to help it?
Q10: What are your thoughts on using store-bought guacamole when avocados aren’t ripe enough?
Q11: What about DHEA supplements for fertility? Should I check my hormone levels before taking it?
Q12: What kind of magnesium should I be taking? And when? How often?
This is your chance to feel like yourself again.
