By accessing the Site or purchasing any of our services—including but not limited to the Happy Hormone Collective membership, the 2026 Hormone Reset program, digital products, masterclasses, and workshops—you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enroll in any Services.

These Services are intended for women seeking education and lifestyle support.

Eligibility

You may use the Site and Services only if:

  • You are 18 years of age or older, and

  • You agree to these Terms

By purchasing or participating in our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

Membership Terms: Happy Hormone Collective

Enrollment in the Happy Hormone Collective provides access to:

  • Monthly or annual membership content

  • Workshops and masterclasses

  • Community discussions

  • Downloadable resources

  • Group coaching calls (if applicable)

Payments & Billing

  • Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your selection).

  • By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring payments until you cancel.

  • Your membership will renew unless cancelled before your next billing date.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel at any time through your Heartbeat account or by contacting us at kristal.wellnesscoaching@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

  • We do not offer refunds for partial membership periods.

Refunds

  • All membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Workshops, Digital Products & Masterclasses

Purchases of digital products, classes, or workshops are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • For personal use only

You may not share, sell, or distribute purchased content.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs—including:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Guides

  • Workbooks

  • Audio recordings

  • Templates

  • Branding and graphics

  • Written lessons and materials

…is the property of Kristal Godin.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Share

  • Resell

  • Edit or claim authorship

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in any of our Services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own health, decisions, and results.

  • You understand that outcomes vary for each individual.

  • You will consult your healthcare provider before implementing any lifestyle or wellness changes.

Nothing we provide should be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely handled by third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe

  • Squarespace Payments

  • Heartbeat (for event or program registration)

We do not store or have access to full credit card details.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to remove any member from a program or the membership community if:

  • They violate community guidelines

  • They behave abusively or disruptively

  • They misuse the content

  • Their payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Technology & Availability

We make every effort to maintain uninterrupted access to the Site and Services; however:

  • We cannot guarantee that the Site will be error-free or always available

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time

We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues

  • Delays

  • Platform outages (e.g., Heartbeat, Squarespace, Stripe, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

  • You agree to hold Kristal Godin harmless from any claims or actions arising from your participation.
